The Fine Print
Damages due to normal wear and tear — or from misuse, neglect, or mistreatment — are not subject to the Guarantee and will not be replaced, open to our review and discretion.
If you find that your FlipBelt has suffered from a defect, poor construction, or an issue on our end, please head to our Returns page to submit a claim: https://flipbelt.com/a/returns . All repairs, replacements, and credits are subject to examination from our quality control team. We will work as quickly as we can to resolve your gear issue and get you back out there, but please note the turnaround for a repair, replacement, or credit is about 10 business days after it hits our warehouse — so hang with us!
If your belt cannot be repaired and we have sold out of your size or style — which can happen as FlipBelt products are often limited run — store credit or an alternate product(s) will be offered in its place.
